Got an env3 from a friend. Can't seem to figure out how to erase the contacts though. Any ideas? Or will I have to do a reset?

Uh... Click on each one and delete or take it into a store and get it wiped.

Clicking on each one doesn't give an option to delete them, checked under tools as well.

The best way is to go to settings and tools > phone settings > security > the lock code is the last four digits if your phone numbers > than restore to default.

No - the possibility is that you probably shouldn't be tossing out bad advice & rude comments when someone has a device above your paygrade.
