    You may be having problems sending/receiving SMS, MMS or other messsages and when people are calling you they may be getting a "line has been disconnected or is no longer in service" in error. This is a known issue, no ETR at this time. A suggested remedy would be to if you have Call & Message blocking enabled on your phone to remove it by going to https://forums.crackberry.com/e?link...token=wwHT7Njw or removing your usage controls at https://forums.crackberry.com/e?link...token=fM6WCH4D.

    Ya, I just put a trouble ticket in for our lines. I can't call any of the other 4 phones on my plan, however I can make calls out to landlines and other cell phones. None of our 5 phones can receive incoming calls at all.

    for the majority of people, its the sms tht isnt working...no etr from what I have heard...what people are experiancing is tht if they are sending an sms it says invalid address or something to that effect,,,It is an intermittant issued as I have three phones in my house and two are having the issue and one is not....

    My SMS & BBM are working perfectly fine...and I received a call earlier that worked fine...

    I realize the OP stated this was a nationwide problem, but are there some areas that are more effected* than others?

    I am in UT, and none of the three phone on my account seem to be having an issue. Is the in / out calling also intermittent?

    *or should I have said affected, I never can remember which of those to use.

    It seems to be more depending on the features you have enabled on your account versus your area.

    When I left at 2:30 there were 300 in queue. 6700 nationwide. BTW with so many in queue and you at work, how could you find the time to post MULTI TASK!

    I figured that is why it took so long to get a CSR on the phone. It was only a 10 minute wait, not bad to be one of 6700
