Verizon Wireless offered solid in-store support, but employees weren't as friendly as those in other stores.
Wow - what a surprise there.

Now, some will say, "whaddaya spect? It is New York City, after all!"

Yet Sprint & T-Mobile stores were also in the same area. And, to be fair, your experience may vary - you might find that one employee who doesn't seem like they just ate gorilla droppings & their mind already set in the sleazy bar down the road three hours from now.

All reps have their days, while that is no excuse to disrespect customers some just get burnt out and arent as enthusiastic. Myself I try to show enthusiasm and make every customer happy, but sometimes that doesnt happen or you have one of those "**** CUSTOMER DAYS" and just throws you off from the get go. I have people I work with that are ALWAYS chipper and approachable and I have those 1 or 2 that have complaints DAILY about them that hurt NPS. EVERY store I have worked at, at ANY carrier store is the same.
