I pay about $180 per month with Verizon. This includes 1400 Nationwide minutes, unlimited Blackberry data plan, a second line a (Voyager) with standard internet, unlimited texts and insurance on both phones. It is pricey but well worth the coverage and customer service.

My bill this month was $1400+, and I get a 50% VZW Employee Discount... Just incase you're wondering I have 5 lines (The limit allowed for the employee discount). I (of all people) have a $480 FRU non return fee, 2 Blackberry Tour equipment Charges and a $400+ regular bill. All 5 of us have the works... I'm disputing the Non Return Fee and 1 of the upgrade charges so I know how some of you feel now. Let me tell you something, when you think Customer Service is bad, you never want to deal with Employee Accounts... These rejects seem to have to pass anti-customer service training to work in this dept.

2 Lines under Family Share W/ 700 Mins.
    Unlimited Messages for both lines
    Data plan for my Line
    Insurance for both

    $130 :P

I have been with Cingular when it was GREAT Customer Service then it switched to AT&T and I jetted out as fast as I could.

Then went with Verizon which had good customer service overall but their pricing and coverage in my area was the deal breaker.

So then I went to T-mobile which doesn't have the best customer service but its nothing I can't handle with talking to a supervisor or making the rep nervous lol but there coverage and pricing has fit me well!

Owned BB's with all providers and I must say my BB 8900 works the best!

Must be the Greenville employee accounts team. Those people are rude and do not know how to go above and beyond to help someone.

Everyone will soon be speaking to the North East employee accounts team. The NE center has amazing customer service for employees. Very friendly and treat you like you should be treated. I have called them a couple of times and always had my problem resolved without an issue or a smart remark to do it online through a form.

$192.50 for 1400 mins, unlimited texting on all 5 lines, and BIS on one of the lines....

ends up being about $85-$90 for the line with the blackberry. I use about 200 peak minutes a month, but 5 of the 10 numbers on my circle (unlt'd calling) are mine.

Contract is almost up on the line with the blackberry. What carrier could I go to, to save money?

To recap, I need the following:

Unlimited text, unlimited data, 200 peak minutes, free nights + weekends, and unlimited calling to 5 people...

Mine has been about $160 since upgrading in August. Does everyone get data charges? Would it be worth it getting unlimited data? I thought it came free with the blackberry thing you have to get added to the bill.

I have 1500 minutes, unlimited text, and the Blackberry account thing, and 5 #s unlimited circle, free nights + weekends..

My bill would be cheaper but I never got them to put on the military discounts.

if you have a blackberry you have to get the 29.99 unlimited data package...

no data charges at all unless you pay the extra 30 a month on top of that and tether w/ a laptop and go over 5 gigs...

just for exemple it cost about 30 dollar for unlimited entrance call and 200 min day (mon to fri),unlimmited for 8 pm to 8 am + 45 $ for 500 meg download, unlimmited internet, sms, e-mail, vocal box, caller ID, etc etc... so free entrance call is the best issue because it's free for anyone who call me so i don't call anybody i sms them to call me back (friend) so i use a regular phone to do exiting call ! hehe ! good luck
