    You can log into your account on Verizon Wireless website and view it. You can also dial #data (I think that is what it is) and it will send you a text

    Thats the two ways I check it myself. I think that might be the only way to do it.

    To the OP: Those are the only ways I know of doing it, that and picking up the phone to call CS. There is an application though that monitors your usage, but it would start from when installed. If you are just looking to monitor your data though I would just log in to the VZW website

    #3282 if you don't want to hold Alt while dialing

    I use it all the time to check my out of network text messages as well. Definitely a helpful number.
