I have a ringtone I want to send my wife that's on my berry. she has a dumbphone. Under properties it says Forward Locked. How can I unlock that, to where I can send it? It's an MP3 so it SHOULD be DRM free.

MP3 files are easily encoded with DRM.

Try one of these: Convert wma mp3 drm section at Free Download Manager

Can't you just copy it to your pc and email it to her?

I tried that, its forward protected, so you can't e-mail it. She also has a dumbphone.

Yes but again it won't let me e-mail it because it's "forward locked" by DRM. I tried audio message but her phone is too old and not able to do audio messaging.

You can't forward (or send) forward locked files.

You might be able to find the same ringtone somewhere on one of the ringtone sites online.

    Zedge, myxer, etc.
