    Every few days one of my email accounts registered through the VZW BIS portal stops working, and then I will eventually get a message saying 'Action required: update password.'

    It's always the same email account, and no change has been made to my password, nor to my knowledge has any change at all been made to the account.

    I just go in and enter the old password and I'm back up for a while again.

    It's an account from an Exchange server. I don't know anything else particularly different from another Exchange account I have on the bberry that never gives me any trouble.

    Any thoughts appreciated. I could not find this addressed elsewhere.

    We usually had that issue when we had the exchange server down for maintenance. After a certain amount of time not being able to get to the server, everyone would start getting those messages.

    How is the email setup? OWA, IMAP, POP?
