So... your hard drive crashes and you get a new computer.
Windows Vista, Outlook 2007, and you download DTM 5.0 for your 8830WE
Attempting to set up sync configuration you get this error:

Runtime Error:folder is no longer part of the data system data source or the folder could not be found.

okay fine... lets find those .pst files and point DTM in the right direction.
NO .pst files// cant get a MAPI to set up.
Doing ONE last search for the RIM folder in Application Data. no bueno.

Then you realize that your .pst files are all WEB BASED!
When you called microsoft and they "fixed" outlook they made your whole outlook account webased with microsft live.
Therefore no .pst files on the computer for DTM to find.
Now on hold with microsoft again for 30min+

    weeeeeee

That doesn't seem to make any sense.

yeah... microsoft... because you'd most likely have to export the pst file back to outlook and like you said... "We're NOT computer techs!"
Miles above our scope of support. BUT at least we pinpointed the problem.
    I dont even USE outlook...
