    Ok i joined Verizon in Feb, I got the buy one get one Free Storms. 2 Lines of-course with insurance!! Ok the other day I broke my Storm? My Question is do I call insurance company or Verizon? Also when I replace my phone I am i eligible for Upgrade? How many months? I was thinking maybe of just getting a Storm 2 if I could? Thanks

    You need to call Asurion or file a claim online.

    An insurance claim will not affect your upgrade date and it is at Asurion's discretion as to what phone you will receive.

    No, you will not be able to select a different device when you file your claim. You need to contact assurion
