    I feel like a complete *****. I have entered numbers into the address book but cannot access them. When I click on the address book application it says no addresses under personal and business. Someone please help!!

    These contacts must have been transfered at a store. easy fix. Go to Contacts. Press the Menu key, and select filter. Make sure neither Business or Personal are checked. Which ever one is checked, uncheck it.

    Haha i got a call from a lady who had that problem. She had spent an hour in a store and an hour on the phone with a rep before me. I had her problem fixed in a under a min. She was not happy...

    To be fair, when a filter is applied, the filter name is show at the top of the address list, just beneath Find.
