    However, I think there is a piece that is kind of messed up on it. Ugh, this stuff really irritates me!!!

    The piece that makes the battery door snap shut seems really loose or only fastened on one side. Is this somethign to worry about? Granted, I have insurance on it and if it DOES break all the way I'll be covered but still, I JUST got the damn thing.

    well, here's another update, it WAS broken. how about that? looks like i'm going to the verizon store tomorrow, this should be covered right?

    Yep seems to be a device case/lock problem, allot people have had problems with them breaking, They will change out the device for you.....

    why pay 50 when you can pay 8 to get a new peice. take the old one out, snap the new one in. its simple. **** even buy 2

    the OP should not have to worry it has a 1 year warranty, even since he bought it a couple days ago, verizon will change the device out for him

    Most things are covered under the 1 year. The so called "replacement parts" last for that period of time before wearing out anyway. Verizon is good about swapping out your phone even if they wear out anyway. I wouldn't mess around buying and replacing any parts (it's silly). After a year, some people even get a new phone for almost no cost.
