I have a NIB T-Mobile 8320 that was provided to me as a component of a company closing. However, I am on verizon. Is there any form of exchanging this for a 8330 verizon besides selling on ebay or such? The box has never been opened?

You could try your local Craigslist. If it is brand new in box, you might have a better shot selling it on eBay though.

As for exchanging it, maybe T-Mobile but if you didn't purchase it, you probably would not be able to return it.

Thanks for reply. It is new in box and not opened - does that mean it is locked or unlocked for T-Mobile as I noticed that a lot on EBAY.

it is probably locked to t-mobile. i would sell it on ebay or craigslist. then take the money and get a phone for yourself that works on verizon

The never activated should go without saying if it is truly new in box.
