Thought since the rumored release of 10.2.1 was tomorrow, maybe some documents were handed out offering confirmation. I got the help I was expecting.

I had an odd keyboard problem on my Q10 a couple months ago. Some of the keys were squishy.

The verizon person asked if I reloaded the software. Really?

That's unreal. I wouldn't believe it, but when I had my storm2, the bottom of the screen wouldn't press in because it seemed like a manufacturing problem and in the store they told me to do a security wipe. I know the os controls the screen but it was indented even when it was off.
