    I cannot get "no answer/busy transfer" to stop! I've tried both *73 ad *900 (As I was told to do by VZW Customer Service) and all I get is "your feature cannot be updated"

    ....help...please!

    Call them back and talk to tech, they can remove from the switch.

    I will most likely end up doing this in a few minutes, but I was really looking to see if anyone knew of a way I could do it myself...for future troubles.

    Try soft reset, *228 option 1, if that doesn't fix it it's a switch error.

    Programming, most likely. Think of it as an application error.

    Either that or someone flipped the switch.
