    Hi guys, my blackberry Torch 9850 purchased from verizon in a standalone way but I lost the invoice. Right now my blackberry is down and can I take my phone to verizon for replacement?? or this will be responsible by RIM?

    Are you a Verizon customer?

    Did you purchase the device or did someone else purchase the device as you have indicated in other threads?

    Typically, the warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

    Just go to any store assuming you got the phone on a 2 year contract or through Asurion.
