    Our company has purchased 8 Blackberry Bold 9930s from Verizon. All of the phones will not sync the email, calendar appointments, or contacts with our users Exchange email accounts. Our IT department has worked with Blackberry devices for several years, but for some reason this year when we switched our phone service to Verizon the Blackberries issued have not been working properly. We have contacted technical support through Verizon, followed the steps and the issues remain unresolved. We have attempted to resolve the problem by finally removing and re-installing every user on the Blackberry Enterprise Server. This still has not solved the problem. The Blackberry devices receive email sporadically, they do not sync all of the contacts and they are having problems syncing newly entered contacts and calendar appointments.

    The device and the service has now become unreliable and thus far Verizon has replaced two of the phones and even the new phones are having the same problem.

    Any suggestions? Is there a problem with Verizon's Blackberry Network?
