    Trying to help a coworker reset his email password on the site https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en.

    Too many attempts locked the account. The warning message says wait for the account to be unlocked automatically or call for service to have the account unlocked. However, it never says how long the lock period is (it's been over 24 hours now), nor which customer service to call. VZW corporate? Local rep? RIM?

    Can anybody point me in the right direction? Google search pointed me back to another thread here, but with no real resolution.

    They can reset the password for you once they verify the account holders info.

    have your buddy call 18009220204 from another line, and with the bb device in his hand. get over to tech support, where we have admin rights on the bis. we shuold be able to get his emails flowing in no time.

    The person I'm trying to help is out of town on vacation. I've emailed him what he needs to do, but I haven't heard back from him. (He can check his email on the web, and he replied this morning to something I sent yesterday so I know he'll eventually get it.)
