    Stands for Preferred Roaming List. Basically, having it up to date ensures your phone has the best signal and network performance.

    That's because that's where it belong. This doesn't apply to just Storms, so it needs to be in the Verizon forums. Thanks.

    lol, the appropriate fix is otherwise. Now you're stuck with Multitap in portrait for ALL things. Not a fix really, more of a workaround. Reading up on 114 before diving in and then complaining about it would have shown you this.

    regardless of what OS you're using. *228 is an available VZW service to update your Preferred Roaming List.

    Sorry to inform you guys but the PRL is actually useless unless you plan on connecting to a roaming tower while roaming, PRL is only to decrease the cost to verizon of what ever tower your phone chooses to connect to. in that case when connected to a roaming tower trouble shooting other carriers towers arent possible.
