    That's what I was thinking I have a slaes background along with an it background no degree but I am a veteran hope that counts for something plus I am a BB addict should help I hope. Lol

    um its hard to say what base pay is for an ASM as its still a commission based position.

    basically you'll have your hourly+commission based on how well the store does. in addition to that, you'll have quaterly MBO (managing by objective). that is, if your store/district hits x target for the calendar quarter, you'll get paid out x amount at a 100-200% payout. this is in addition to STI (short term incentive)..yearly bonuses given by the company as a percentage of your base pay, again paid out at 100-200% based on company performance.

    for example, as a retail CSR, my STI for last year was 1700 paid out at 175% so i made 2975 pre-tax :3

    If you go in for an interview and they as "What makes you different then all the other candidates we have for this job, what is it that you bring to the table?" Tell them you actually know what you're talking about, not just know how to sell bullcrap really well to a customer who doesn't know any better. lol
