    Hey crackberry!

    I have a question that a CS can/might answer but I am lazy to call at the moment. Hopefully I can get a quick answer from you guys.

    So my parents separated and my mom wants to move her and my line under a different account (my brother who has his own account). We're due for a renewal on August 1. (My dad upgraded recently so his contract won't expire).

    Will Verizon let me switch over to a different account without any activation fees?

    Yes, you can do an asumption of service. There are no fees involved to just move lines to a different account.

    You have to call customer service or go into a store to do this. Both account holders would need to be there or each account would need to be properly remarked to do this.
