Haven't gotten a case for mine yet. been using the leather pouch that it came with. when i got my curve, they had no accessories for it. so i'm waiting until they get some. but I really liked the sielco soft touch.

If you want to pay less check on ebay.

Paying less isn't the issue. It's a matter of paying to have something shipped that doesn't fit correctly and then having to send it back etc etc.
There was mention made in another forum that the Alltel CDMA curve was a little different from the Verizon one and the Seidio case didn't fit right .
I just get nervous about stuff like that. I was hoping someone else was the guinea pig. I picked up a leather belt clip but i still want to put it in a crystal case in the event of butter finger syndrome. I know it's a little anal but hey.....

Does it make it any harder for the phone to slide into the leather belt clip? It's not the little slidy thing that it came with. I picked up a belt holster

I went to T-Mobile and found a hard, clear crystal case for my verizon curve. It cost only $9.99, and get this, it fits perfectly in my Blackberry OEM leather swival case. I am so happy.

The CDMA curve is a little different than the GSM curve, so 8330 items are different that 8300/8310/8320 items.

Its the different placement of the LED and the size of the plastic covering the screen.

If you look closely, you can see the difference..

So THAT's why the rubber skins have a little cut-out at the right corner. Do you think they'll ever make one for the 8330 specifically? I can see how its useful for the other models, but it annoys me since my LED wouldn't be covered...

I am making due with the rubber skin from Crackberry for the time being. Cut-out for LED falls well above the actual LED, and the skin itself is a little too big, so it is not a very snug fit. Have a request into BoxWave to notify me when they have rubber skin specifically for the 8330. Anyone found one anywhere else yet?

Yeah...I'm kinda annoyed that the skin that I had on my 8310 curve doesn't fit right on my new 8330 Verizon curve...here's some pictures...the pink skin is on the 8310 and the black skin of the pink version is on the 8330...the skin covers up the led...which I don't like...http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e5...703/0001-1.jpg

Yep, should have looked at the spec and pictures before ordering, plus don't trustcompanies when phones are released, they mention it works for the 8330 but it really doesn't.... anyway to make a sale......
