    Is there currently a BIS outage?

    My 8330 on Verizon has not received email and cannot receive data since about 7:00pm last night. I thought it was just a coverage issue, but it's still having problems.

    I cannot resend service books because the phone will not connect to the BIS network. I show full signal, can receive phone calls and texts, but again no internet. Connections show that I am not connected to BIS.

    Is there a special way to connect? Battery pulls are unsuccessful.

    try repovisioning the phone, but if that does not work id get on the landline with tech support from VZW cause something is not set up right
