    I'm a bit confused as to who I will go to whenever I get problems with my new Bold 9900...

    I'm a little weary about the possibility of the phone bricking while charging, so if ever that happens, who do I go to if it's past the usual 14-day period from Future Shop?

    Will Telus accommodate a replacement even if I didn't get the phone from a Telus store or online?

    The phone is locked to Telus and I just recently renewed my contract with them.

    you got back to futureshop because that is the point of purchase.

    Telus might help you, but you will have better luck at FS
