The voice portion of Wi-Fi Calling has been working solid, as in whenever there's no cell service and there is wi-fi, Wi-Fi Calling activated automatically and worked as expected. There were a few times (rare as of late) where I would get the dreaded REG type error, but a Restart would take care of it.

SMS and Voicemail are a different story though. They don't work on Wi-Fi Calling. I usually end up getting all the SMS and Voicemails once I am able to reconnect to the cell network. This wasn't always the case. It was better under 10.2.X (though voice over Wi-Fi Calling was spotty then).

Does anyone have all features of T-Mobile USA Wi-Fi Calling working on their BB10 device under 10.3.X?

I have no issue with SMS but occasionally have an issue with MMS. Voice mail zero problems, but Visual Voicemail does seem to get "stuck" until I hit cell service. Z10.

Which Radio Version are you using? I'm using the previous release, 10.3.2.2814, instead of, what I'm guessing, is 10.3.2.2877, i.e. OS Version + 1.

Oh, interesting! I'm wondering what changes have been made since .2789 to get to .2876 and if those changes are worth having Wi-Fi Calling only partially working...

Have you tried checking in with T-Mo to see if they can sort? Or, try a different SIM? I very, very rarely have to do a restart.

I figured before I go through T-Mobile, I should check to see if anyone here has the same hardware/software but not the problems. It's going to take a while to move up the customer service chain...

Just call them and say you're experiencing issues that may be your SIM. Have found them to be quick and knowledgeable.

Oh, I'm not knocking their support. It's good. It's just that you'll need to go through the normal "reboot your phone and see if that fixes things", "we'll send a network reset to your phone", "we'll escalate and will need to call you", etc. It just takes time... and if it's working for someone else here, then there's no need to go through that.

You get WFC with radio 2790? None of my BB10 devices will get WFC unless I use the 2814 radio.

I am running two Classics and a Z10 on radio 2790 and all get WFC just fine. I believe .2789/.2790 was the T-mo OS update that brought WFC to the Classic in the first place.

What device and what OS? The only time I cannot SMS on WFC is if it shuts off altogether. Have been texting for the last hour with my son: I'm on a Z10 running .2789; he's on at&t, iPhone and also WFC. Have you told Tmo about this? Last time I had an SMS issue they cleared it up,

Q10 running 10.2.1 official T-Mobile release. I haven't called them as I don't use it that often. Would be great if it worked right but it's the rare occasion I need WFC.

Version 10.2.1.3442? I'm still using this on one of my Z10s and get WFC perfectly. You should call them.

And now I can't reply to group texts or initiate group texts over WFC. Very strange.
