I was sitting here thinking and realized that I've been with T-mobile or a form of them since 1996. I got my first phone through Aerial Communications I had a 1000 minutes for $50 a month. WoW that was a long time ago. up in till a few years ago I had a voicestream sim card thats funny.

I've been with them for a little over 12 years myself.

Edit: I still have my VoiceStream SIM card but they made me change it out for a new one about a year and a half ago.

I've only been with Tmo since 2002 or 2003.

For those that have been with Tmo for a while, what was their coverage like back in the nineties?

It was not very good around here untill I would say either 2004 or 2005 and its been getting better every year since. I have very few dropped calls anymore and coverage over almost all the state.

I've only been with TMO for 7 years, but unless something drastic happens to their customer service, and their cell plans I can't think of any other provider I would even consider at this time.

It really wasn't that good when I started with them but the service plan was unbeatable it the time. Aerial just started in my area I work at a car audio shop and the rep gave us a great deal on the phones for selling there service. Nokia 2190 I think.

Since 1999 for me. They were either powertel or voicestream then. Still have my original sim card.

Since August of 04? I think that long. They've been fair to me and their prices are good and where I live I get good service so I've stayed. Been tempted to leave a few times but I'm still here.

Since '08, so just about three years. But T-Mobile has been good to me. Definitely not changing.

Since 03 or 04. They have good deals for families and are more flexible than most of the other carriers.

We get our money's worth out of the $20/family unlimited texting. My son broke the 10,000 mark last month for incoming texts...

Since 05. I switched because I don't care for AT&T. TMO's customer service is unbeatable and their coverage is satisfactory for me.

We were prepay (pay as you go) from Dec 2004 to Dec 2005

After we went through that rigmarole we switched to a family plan with 2 lines and haven't looked back. We got the BB Pearl's back then.

T-Mobile is the cheapest for what we use and the coverage area we need.
