    Of course, you could just use the unsubscribe links at the bottom of the email as per normal.

    I meant the email. As noted, each email has places to unsubscribe at the bottom.

    It's under your profile/general settings. You have to be logged in. Depending on the "problem" you think you have and how you normally access the site/forums, it will or will not work to control things to the degree you expect. If only accessing via web, I think it works well and as expected.
