    Before I ask my questions, please note I'm not being naive or asking these questions in a stupid way.

    I read a recent article that due to upcoming expiration of the Patriot Act and the ongoing debate in the Senate particularly with Rand Paul, that the NSA is "dismantling their spying programs". What exactly does this mean for us and are we actually expected to believe this? I still have extreme suspicions about government spying programs in general obviously but could the NSA really stop their entire operation if the Patriot Act expires? While this would be good, I don't really believe they'll stop spying. What's your guys opinions?
