    I recently lost my old blackberry phone that i had purchased, along with the insurance plan, through crackberry.com. the problem is now that i have a new phone i do not need the insurance plan for the old one and do not know where to go to cancel said insurance plan.

    any and all help is very much appreciated!

    i forgot to mention that i already did that and they said i have to contact crackberry.com directly because crackberry is offering the insurance.
