My BB won't let me add my friends to the BB messenger. It says that they don't have a valid Email or PIN, and vice versa if they try to add me.. What gives? I have one friend that added me and that worked...What happened?

ummm i didnt see the section i could put my PIN in, so i just put it under the second device name.... is that okay?

For anyone still struggling with this....... go to the top left of this page, just above Post Reply box....... User CP, then Edit profile (in left hand list), then it's the bottom field to fill in

Hi,

On the top right of the forum when you see "Welcome, xxxx" being xxxx your user name just click on your name. You'll be brought to a new page where you'll find an "About me box" with a PIN and a pencil. Just click the pencil and enter you pin code.
