I got a BBM buddy in Canada advising she can't pull up CrackBerry.com. She says its not only her. Some of her friends can't either and its been about a week for her. She has Telus. I've told her to check and make sure she entered the address correctly, told her to calm down and count to ten and to chant "woo saw". She still can't get it. She says she is also connecting to other websites, just not CB? Any ideas?

I don't have a BB, but on my phone I can pull it up just fine, on mobile and non-mobile versions of CB. Tell her to try deleting cache and cookies?

I never was able to get Crackberry on my phone until I downloaded the CB launcher.

She says she has tried all your suggestions and they still can't get connected. I don't know what else to tell her.

I am not sure how this could be area related considering RIM's servers are in Canada and CB's servers think anyone visiting using a BB is in canada. Maybe her ISP has blacklisted CB?

What if, from a pc, she emailed the page
address/link to her device?
(or whatever email account her bb is linked to).

If she was able to access it before, but can't now, maybe she accidentally added cb to her list of blocked sites.

Also, if she has a company phone, her employer may have blocked it.

Thanks. I'll pass the info on. Its her personal phone, but its also happening to her boyfriends phone and a few of her friends as well. To top it off, her computer is broken as well so she's going through therapy as we speak since she can't get to crackberry. Lol

Has she tried the links in this thread?
I'm with telus also and my browser has never had an issue with CB.
Are her boyfriend and friends also with Telus?

Yes they are. Its weird. I thought it might have been a carrier issue, but you and a few others have said you've had no problems and are on Telus.

If they can access the Crackberry site using Opera Mini, then download the Crackberry Launcher, maybe that might work?
