I won a free contest app on here this past Wednesday and I can't seem to make it through the download without a CC or paypal. I know it is weird, but I don't have a credit card or paypal.

I type in the winning code and everything is okay until it comes to the personal info page and purchase options.

Is there anyway I can download this app?
