Why does the passport get a special thread for the flickering but when we try to get one going about the z30 10.3 updating causing the black screen it gets killed? Not sure about other people here but imo the black screen is a very serious issue and should be addressed on its own.

I can;t understand why the Crackberry staff don't want to help keep people from this sad state a non functioning z30

My last thread was closed right after someone posted a link to show someone fixed theirs, but they were wrong. That persons wasn't charging and leaving it plugged in eventually brought it back, That isn't the same issue.

can anyone explain why the flickering display issue is more important? I don't get it. I thought this was a site to help BB users?
