I use the full Crackberry site. On other MN sites, there's the option to see when a member has quoted your posts. It's located where you also check for thanks, likes, PMs, etc. Can we get that on CB as well?

• Email
• Private Message

The first option is probably already selected. Select either "Email" or "Private Message".

It can absolutely be done, because we use the same framework to run all of the Mona sites and as has been pointed out some of those sites already have this enabled.

That said, we test certain features on one site or another (usually any site but CrackBerry since it is the largest and most active of all the Mona sites by a big margin so bugs have the biggest impact) and then either roll them out to all, or don't. I have personally requested this one more then once but the tech team has yet to see fit to rolling it out, I can't speak to why but I'll assume they have their reasons.

CB app blows kinda. Considering what it is n no hub integration and etc... just weak. with that latest update it took away the orange tabs on the new article posts. I actually liked those. Thanks. Awesome

Yes we know, but we want the forum itself to let us know as it does at other Mobile Nations sites such as Android Central.

Exactly. The other way collects clutter that you have to remove. I don't want quote notifications cluttering up my pm inbox or email where I have to take a few seconds to delete them. When the forum lets us know, they clear out by themselves once we check them, as they do for likes and thanks.

Might be something from the Cory era, since after research it appears to be limited to AC. (Although I seem to remember it be enabled at iMore at one time too)

Well I found the plugin and tested it. Unfortunately there's some sort of conflict that actually takes down the forums once I activate it! I'm going to have tech take a closer look to see if we can find the conflict and fix. If we can, I'll install network wide!

BUT when you click on the New Quoted Posts link you get this......
