Im awaiting a pin change in the crackberry store. Is there anyone that can look into this for me so i can get my new phone set up properly. Old pin is 304043BC, new pin 30b73bd8

They shouldn't take more than 24hrs to change the PIN. If it has been longer, let me know.

For software -yes. For the device itself - no


Some software is attached to the PIN. thus when yo change a device you will need new reg codes for certain products.

Let me ask another dumb question (sorry if this has been asked). I have about 4 BBM contacts. My friend has a 8900 (same as me), but I don't have him on my BBM contact list. Is there a possibility that I am on his BBM list, but he just isn't showing up on mine?

Or is it the general rule that if they are not on my list, I am not on theirs?
