    I apologize if I am missing something (this seems like such a basic question I spent hours looking for an answer), but how do you adjust the settings in the Crackberry app itself? Specifically, I don't want it to refresh content automatically. I roam a lot and don't want to waste data on updates. There has to be a simple way to do this...
