If you use "turn off the device" due to system malfunction
“Black Berry BootLoader Menu” ”MODE: PRODUCT”
No matter which button is pressed from the screen display, only restarting
It is a loop state without proceeding from the screen above.
Please help with some professor how to initialize and recover.

Seems like one of your volume buttons is stuck. Try to work it loose.

When a KEY² device is powered on, and a volume key is pressed, it will bring you to this menu.

From that exact screen, press the volume down button once, then press the power button.
If that fails, press and hold the power button for 32 seconds.

Thank you for answering the problem.

I did the operation of the answer, but it is very disappointing that it still improves in the same state.

Please tell me if there are other methods.
