I wonder if anyone has had this issue. I decided not to wait for BB10 and upgrade to a 9850 from my 9550. The 9850 would not sync Documents To Go using the desktop app. I choose to forget the old device and clicked add device and went through the wizard. The wizard said to open Documents To Go Files on my device. I assume that means to open the app (which is called only Documents To Go on my phone). The error I get after clicking Next is: Unable to connect to Documents To Go Files on your device. Please confirm that you have installed the application and try again.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this or what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!
File exchange/sync windoze 8.1/BB 9780 was working for years fine.
Now, all of a sudden, this shows up: "unable to connect to Documents To Go Files on your device"
- Not an empty battery issue
Solution:
Hard-reboot your BB - pull battery
- happy again
