Came up saying I had toupdate BBM so I did. After I rebooted it came up saying some kind of message then showed the loading up bar with the % as normal. Then came up with another message sayign error 523, afterwrads it comes up with a white screen with "reset" on it.
At the moment my dad has to wait a few days till he's not busy so he can send off to our insurance. but I'd rather not lose all ym BBM and phone contacts and also want to be able to save my dad on extra insurance increase and time without it...
I've seen some solution about entering your password wrong reapteadly but I don't have a code/ password set on my phone.
