    For some reason, my Motion no longer connects via USB. I connect to my laptop, select Data + Charge, then select Files, but Windows doesn't see it.

    I'm definitely using a data USB cable.

    Is there some other setting that can disable USB connection?

    You have the USB drivers installed?

    This is my work laptop so I won't be able to install anything.

    It used to work, don't know what has changed.

    Maybe your administrator has disabled USB use on their laptops?

    I wondered about that, but I can still connect a flash drive and transfer files from that, so it would be specific to MTP.
