    Hi everyone I'm new here
    My question is
I have BB Z30 STA100-2 OS 10.3.3.3216 and software release 10.3.3.2127, I think it works not correct and I have some doubt that it is original OS because when I connect z30 to my desktop manager and going to reload software it says there is new version 10.3.2 if I'm not mistaken so when I hit to install update it gives error because of version I guess
    Some opinion and suggestions
    Thanks in advanced

You have the correct, and latest, OS for your device.

That is strange. Something in Link may be messed up.

The install fails because you can't install an older OS over an existing OS if it's newer. You're on 10.3.3., so it won't allow you go back to 10.3.2. That limitation began around the 10.3.0 or 10.3.1 builds.

No - you cannot go back to 10.3.2.xxxx or to anything earlier. You can go back to an earlier 10.3.3.xxxx but that's it. 10.3.3. is by far the BEST OS for BB10 that there is.

Honestly get another device. The browser is horribly out of date and the device itself is EOL. A different browser that you can sideload might help but that is not for sure either.

sorry, yours is incomplete. in os 10.3.3.3216 I think a lot of bugs, more stable using 10.3.3.2049 / 10.3.3.3057

    Not at all.

The changes going to 3216 are the critical KRACK and Broadcom patches - along with 61 updated apps, and a webkit engine upgrade.

No one should be using anything else.

10.3.3.3216 often crashes on the installer application or opens it, the device heats up quickly, and is not stable running android runtime

    It's the identical Android Runtime.

Your description is not correct. Install it again with a clean autoloader. 3216 is the top of the heap for BB10 OS builds. Period.

I'm only criticizing that my statement is true, especially in the Indonesian forum, not a few have experienced it even though it's been wipe

There are no other changes in 3216 that would cause any of the issues you describe - apart from a poor install.
