Hi.
I' ve got a BB Key One, that works only on Safe Mode, and down volume is not working.

If I turn it off and power on again it shows the bootload menu. Nothing works but power button+up volume+down volume for safe mode.

I don't have one, don't know what the bootload menu offers.

I use to be able to clear cache of my Android from Bootload.... if that's an option I'd try it. Next if Factory Reset is there, you can try that.

Autoloaders are an option as well.

You have to get the volume buttons fixed. Nothing else you can do.

Thank you for your immidiate response. But, appart for the down volume button, my problem is that when restart, it stucks on bootload menu.
I factory reseted the keyone, and again stuck on bootlaod menu. It load the OS only on safe mode.
I used Mobile Upgrade Tool, but my keyone stuck again on bootload.
It works only on safe mode.
Do you thing its something on hardware or software?

Android devices boot to the bootloader menu when the volume button is pressed on power up. So, like I said, until it's fixed, it will keep doing that (as designed).
