I was hoping to find a fix for a battery related issue with my BlackBerry classic, it dies in between 35 to 50% battery, mostly near 45% and when connected to charger starts mostly near 35%, it happens each time, i changed the battery and put a new original battery but that didn't solve the issue. Is anyone can help, please do. Thanks

Problem is even new original batteries are over five years old.... actually worse on them to sit in storage and slip to under 10% charge than to be used every day.

Wipe Phone or use Autoloader to reset software,

Use one of the Battery Monitor apps to check battery health.
