I recently bought Z10, just for fun, as I wanted to try it. I already own Classic and I use it as secondary phone and I love it.
I put one sim card which I rarely use, just to have it fully functional. Phone is 99% of time just on standby and on wifi. But last few days I noticed that battery is getting drained too fast for those conditions. Today I checked usage and saw that System uses sometimes a lot cpu (even up to 40%) and it had 9,3 MB of internet download and 6,2 MB of upload, in the last 4 days. Why? What is it doing?

I'd do a security wipe or run an autoloader ASAP for good measure - never know what the person put on it before selling.
This should also remove any other kinks that may show up later.
But remember to check if there's a BBID assigned to the device before wiping; if there is, either take it off or ensure you know the correct username and password for it.

As I said, System uses most of cpu and internet traffic. No specific app.

Then it's caught in some kind of loop trying to initialise something. Time for an autoloader.

If you haven't done so already, give it a hard reset. Hold the power key down for 12 secs or so until you see the red led. Let the device sit untouched for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Then check the system.

See post #9 (mh1983) for a linux method of autoloading. It's complicated (for me, anyway!) but apparently doable.

Or do a wipe... and see if the finishes and fixes the issue. Autoloader was usually just faster and better chance at fixing issues.

I assume you already did a battery pull and that didn't fix it. One thing I'd often have issue with was email, you could try deleting all your accounts, reboot and see if that fixes it... then add the accounts back.
