Phone two months old and the 'a' button requires a hard push to work. Send it back to BlackBerry or can I possible fix it myself?

I'm having some issues with the letter "m". It also requires a harder push than the other ones. My KEY2 LE is about 6 months old and the issue started about 2 weeks ago.

It still works, but it's specially annoying when typing in a hurry, as I don't press hard enough and have to keep going back to correct.

I guess I'll have to contact BBMo too.

just phoned BlackBerry mobile to fix my 'a' issue. My instructions are to email them my receipt then follow directions. I'm to print the shipping label they send me and send in my phone for repair. they sid 7 to 10 days to fix.

I'm not to excited to send in all my personal information with my phone.

They may wipe the phone clean anyways.

Make a backup before you send it!

And if you do make a backup, might as well factory reset it yourself before sending it?

Oh boy. Have you tried a blast of the compressed air method to shift any pocket lint or any foreign bodies that have took up residence under the space bar?
With the LE does the space bar also have a fingerprint sensor?

the only air I have tried is from my own mouth. the finger sensor works perfect. I do have the phone in my pocket upside down in dusty places.

my "p" key was having a little trouble, then the fps stopped. about 45 days old. did the advance exchange. fed ex took 10 days to pick up and deliver (supposed to be 3 days) but they released the account hold very quickly
