    Hey guys,

All of a sudden amazon.de/com and youtube.com are working much much better with the native browser for any kind of reason.

The websites also look a little bit different than before - so I guess the updated versions are more bb10 friendly now?! - which is basically impossible....right?

    Did Anybody else noticed that?

    Cheers,

    Tim

I think Google has been updating their websites to work better on KaiOS, so this might be a positive side-effect.

Those are the kind of unintended consequences I like. It seems to be changed on BB OS7 as well. I don't recall having different quality options on the Bold 9900 before, but I do now....

I wonder if the webOS app will work better too? Hmm.

They both work amazing on my classic. Could there be more to come?

    I'd say this is likely.

Well, if the major players continue to update to work with KaiOS....yes, there certainly could be. I'd say the social networking sites might be next...

Gmail also works nice using native browser in BB10 Q5 (apart from Opera mini, chrome, FF or Puffin - they all recommend to set up gmail app)

Gmail recognises the native browser as 'Safari'!

Confirmed. YouTube looks and runs great in the BB10 Native Browser now. Still doesn't play with the screen turned off, but that's by design for free YouTube.

I don't watch videos on 1:1 devices, but decided to give this a try after reading this thread. Videos indeed load quickly, but I'm not honestly sure if this was any different from it was weeks, or even months ago.

Never had it stop working either.

The "YouTube" app always worked, and it's just a browser link to the mobile site anyway.

The Amazon site worked too. Although the line of text links under the top header all overlap.
