    Are you trying to set up a BBM account using a previously used BlackBerry iD?? Are you coming from BBM on Android or iOS

    If so, you won't be able to transfer your old BBM ID as there was some changes last year. BlackBerry Ltd still runs BBM on BB10 while another company runs BBM for Android.


    Best thing may be to start with a new set up and BlackBerry ID

    No special plan needed on BB10. Just a normal data plan.

    Are you trying to log in using credentials you used on Android or iOS previously?

    If so, you can't. You will have to start a new account.

    Secondly I have used BBM on android but many years back. Now I don't remember I'd or password. What can I do in such case.

    If you were last logged in on Android or iOS, you will have to start a new account on BB10.

    You mean you created a new BBID (one you never used before) on this Passport?
