    Until recently my amazon apps have not been loading just a green bar that starts to load but never opens. I believe the amazon app store is a default app on the device. Not sure what happened any. One have a solution?

    What OS are you on?

    Sound more like an issue with your Android Runtime.. I'd probable reload the OS with the latest 10.3.3.

    I have the latest OS but still not working. Just somewhat sucks because the BB world is beyond dead. I had the Google play store for awhile then that messed up also so I think I'm gonna have to let my passport go in peace.

    I'd still give an Autoloader a go... without restoring any old data. Then test some Amazon or Google Play Apps.

    That said.... sometimes it is best to let go.

    Have you installed the "android runtime" patch from BB World? If Yes, That's why you have this issue (at least it was the case for me). It was meant to fix Some issues on 10.3.2 but isnt meant to be installed on 10.3.3

    Doing a simple security wipe did the job for me.

    You don't have the latest but it's pretty close. Maybe time for a new device as you say. No one else on here is reporting problems with their runtime but yours must be corrupted. Only fix is to use an autoloader and start from scratch.

    It was meant for ONE specific build on 10.3.2 no less: 10.3.2.2876 (2836).
