hello guys I am from India and i need your help.
my blackberry z3 STJ100-2 with OS version 10.3.1.i dont remember the last digits
i had some issue with the mobile after i accidentally updated android runtime.
so i decided to reload the OS. but Blackberry link method failed. so i downloaded Auto loader for STJ100-2 with OS version 10.3.2 . auto loading process turned out to be weird as i had followed instructions but the process wasnt competed as it showd on the console
: ERROR : FAILED TO LOAD IMAGE.
since then my device isnt opening and the red led is continuously blinking

i tried it one more time now it is working but flashing process i stuck at 31%

Download autoloader again, try another computer, try another port, try another cable.

This is a connection problem.
