All of a sudden i do not have access to my settings, also when i try to open Amazon appstore it tells me i have no Internet connection
I have non BB phone and I am having no Internet issues

Going to need a little more information here Dan.

1. What do you mean when you say you do not have access to settings? Does nothing happen when you try to swipe down from the top of the screen to bring up Quick Settings or when you open the Settings app?

2. Is it just the Amazon appstore that is saying you have no connection? In other words, can you get to Blackberry World and browse the Internet?

Do a hard reboot before anything else then:

By the way, there may be a non-destructive way to fix your problem by using a PC program called Sachesi and a Blitz file (you can search here on CB for info) but the above is the easiest method to fix your problem.

This is a known bug with the Z30 and OS 10.3.3.2205.

Try updating to 10.3.3.3216 with an autoloader.
