    My BlackBerry PRIV, suddenly appeared a lil black circular point on the screen and 3 lines, black, white and green, started little but is groing and I want to solve it. Thanks

    I can't get the latest OS update, theres a problem with my priv? The phone download the update but can't install

    It looks like the OLED panel is starting to go. You will need a replacement screen to fix the issue unfortunately. This happens to a lot of OLED panels for some reason.

    Yes, time for a display replacement. However, depending on how much you can find one for (don't even spend over $60 for one), it may be a better idea to upgrade to a different device.

    If you want a keyboard, the KEY2/KEY2 LE are the best options.
